Good location yet might not be worthy
Location is very convenient and staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean.
- Was unlucky to have neighbours partying every night and hotel staff couldn't assist to resolve the noise disturbance. - Rooms for improvement for the ventilation fan in bathroom, too weak to exhaust the - Dinner buffet was really expensive even there was a 1-for-1 promotion. Options of food were limited and we waited for over half an hour from our booking time to be seated.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Housekeeping service was slow and not available all the time. Seemed to be understaffed.

Good location
Had a pool ( all be it a little dated) close to Bugis, raffles
Didn’t try to accommodate an earlier check in ( just stated it’s 3pm) There was road noise, and you can hear the metro ( faintly) as the mrt station is around the corner ( underground line must run close by) could do with some renovations , noisy families with kids ️ at this hotel ( had to phone reception and security attended it all went quiet after that )
